Billiards: John C. Bisset
The Open Billiards Championship starts next Monday, and so it is appropriate that some of the records and achievements in the history of this great game should be discussed. Nobody is better fitted to do this than Mr. Bisset, who is Chairman of the Billiards Association and Control Council.
