As a reward for discovering a fraud, pen-pushers Larry and Richard are invited to their playboy boss Bernie Lomax 's beach house - only to find their host murdered and themselves implicated. Their solution is to convince everyone Bernie is still alive - not so difficult since, even dead, he still proves to be the life of the party.
