' The first day Julie went to her new school we all followed her up the road to the bus stop, laughing at her. She looked daft. She was wearing a green school coat, pigtails with green ribbons, and a striped green hat stuck on her head.
' I wanted to shout " Good luck Julie! " to her, but I daren't, in case the others laughed at me too.'
