International Drugs Companies and the Poor

Of the many hundreds of successful medicines to have been concocted by big drugs companies over the last 30 years, only 13 have been specifically targeted to cure the ill in the world's poorest countries. For the first time the true economic and social costs of human illness are being calculated.
