The Minister's speech, designed to bring home to the nation generally the magnitude of agriculture's war-time effort and the vital importance of a successful gathering of this year's harvest, is to be heard at similar meetings all over England and Wales arranged, in collaboration with other local bodies, by the County War Agricultural Committees.
