Your Life in Their Hands

on BBC One London

New series 1/3. The documentary strand offering a fascinating insight into the work of three top surgeons returns with a look at the work of paediatric neurosurgeon Chris Chandler who works at King's College hospital in London. Chris prepares to operate on two young sufferers of epilepsy, seven-year-old Harry and Sarah, aged 19. He is one of only a handful of surgeons in the country with experience of the complex operation that will stop his patients from having fits, but the procedure is not without risks.
