Classical music conductor Charles Hazlewood, who has composed string arrangements with Badly Drawn Boy and as a teenager played drums in a punk band, has a passion for pop music in all its forms and tonight will attempt to discover what makes it tick. What makes great pop music truly great? Supporting him on his quest are musicians and songwriters Guy Chambers, Amy Winehouse, Glenn Tilbrook and dance music guru Alex Paterson of the Orb.
