Based on the best-selling books by Joy Adamson , Born Free is one of the most famous and successful of all true-life adventure movies.
George Adamson , a senior game warden in Kenya, brings home three small lion cubs, whose mother he has shot. With his wife, Joy, he succeeds in rearing them and Joy becomes particularly attached to the smallest, Elsa.
