Public-Speaking Contest.
This will take place between the Three Finalists of this Section us chosen at the Musical Festival held at Reading on January 30th. Tho subject (arranged by mutual agreement between Sir Felix J. C. Pole and the B.B.C.) was intimated to the competitors on their arrival at the Studio at 6 p.m. The competitors are numbered, and will each make a speech on the given subject not lasting more than four minutes.
