Appeal on behalf of ' Outposts of Christian Medical Service' by Marjorie Marriott , Matron of the Middlesex Hospital
Contributions for the medical service of all missionary societies who work in outposts overseas and who are members of the Conference of British Missionary Societies will be gratefully acknowledged and should be addressed [address removed]
The speaker, from the background of her work in a great London hospital, speaks of the tremendous need for help in the hospitals of British medical missions overseas. This year's appeal is made on behalf of the pioneer medical work in the South Seas, New Guinea, Burma, Malaya, Arabia, and Israel, and also in South America. British doctors and nurses, with hundreds of medical workers from many races whom they have trained, are carrying on a never-ending fight against disease and malnutrition.
