Memories of the Travelogue recalled by Denis Norden
This programme looks back to the very earliest days of the Cinema Travelogue. It comes out of a discovery-a quite priceless collection of travel-films made between 1906 and 1910 which have lain in their rusty cans unseen for over 50 years.
Excerpts are included from films like the Fitzpatrick Traveltalks , whose usual closing words became part of the language and provide the title of this programme.
