View in Radio Times

OAPE HORN, for three centuries the great danger of tho Atlantic-Pacific passage, has been the scene of countless unrecorded epics of the sea. Also it has left its mark in literature, and in this. evening's talk Mr. Wilkinson will mention the most notable stories of rounding the Horn, from the time of Drako to that of the more modern windjammers in which Charles Dana and Masefield's ' Dauber ' sailed.
