Kurt Weill

on BBC Radio 3

Kurt Weill 's achievement as a composer is overshadowed by the works he wrote in collaboration with Brecht. DAVID DREW, who has edited the Divertimento for small orchestra and men's chorus which will be receiving its first performance next Monday, discusses the nature of his art.
