Drama: Happy Birthday Shakespeare 9.20pm BBC1
This second part sees Shakespeare-fixated bus driver Will Green's life rapidly veering off course as he makes a string of stupid decisions, particularly regarding his involvement with comely tour guide Alice (Amanda Holden, whose real-life husband Les Dennis makes a guest appearance as an ambitious show-business dad). Will is soon running the risk of alienating his friends and losing what is most precious to him - his family. But this is a modern fairy story, so you probably will not be surprised with how things work out. (AG)
