Michael Berkeley is joined by Victoria Hislop , whose best-selling first novel, The Island, was inspired by a holiday in Crete. She also plays the violin, so her musical choices include violin concertos by Bach and Mendelssohn, as well as Bruckner's Third Symphony, Greek folk music and the Dave Brubeck Quartet.
