Hayes Over Britain

on BBC Radio 2

Sunday Trading
Brian Hayes looks at Sunday trading and whether Scotland's lead in allowing shops to open seven days a week should be followed. The current law allows the sale of pin-up magazines and prawn curry on Sunday, but forbids the sale of Bibles and fish and chips. Should such anomalies be allowed to exist, or would a change in the law strike at the heart of family and Christian life?
Brian Hayes waits to hear your views.
