View in Radio Times

This series is to have an element of surprise that should make it diverting.
Anything topical, the views of foreigners over in England, household hints, from jam-making to taking grease spots out of clothes, may be broadcast on Thursday mornings from now until December 13.
Nothing will be excluded as inappropriate. Hot water systems, washing blankets, mending castors on chairs, and choosing groceries, will figure in the bill, as well as local government elections, and what the Empire broadcasts mean to a housewife in the Malayan jungle.
