Reg and Dennis are hired to sneak an illegal immigrant ashore from a merchant ship. Also on board is Stevie, the tycoon's son who is still convinced he is married to Arlene. He is being watched by underworld figures who think his father still controls a fortune from his prison cell. Doris enters a competition to win a trip to England so that she can attend the marriage of her mother to Reg's stepfather.
