Brian Tompkins , a Northamptonshire optometrist; and Richard Kuch , a Lincolnshire hairdresser.
Loyd Grossman is joined by Jean Marsh , actress and creator of The House of Eliott, and chef Raymond Blanc who help choose the first finalist. Producer Richard Bryan
