Sheila Hocken was born with cataracts on both eyes which Increasingly clouded her vision throughout childhood and eventually caused total blindness. For nearly 20 years she has not seen at all. Last September she underwent an operation which resulted in her being able to see clearly for the first time in her life. Sire talks to MARGARET HOWARD. Producer THENA HESHEL
