Chris Edmunds is a native of Birmingham, Professor at the Birmingham Midland Institute School of Music, and organist at Aston Parish Church. He has written a number of operas and a cantata, The Lady of Shalott, which was recently broadcast. An octet and some other instrumental works have also been broadcast.
