Presenter Alexis Korner

Although an American guitarist who specialises in his native blues and folk traditions, Cooder is probably better known in Britain than at home. Since his signing by a major record company in 1970 Cooder has made 12 albums containing some of the most exciting guitar work ever recorded. He currently tops the list as 'the guitarist's favourite guitarist'.
