As the Chancellor announces his emergency package and the IMF terms, battered Britain awaits a further blow - increased oil prices. DAVID DIMBLEBY talks to the two men most involved in the increase, the Shah of Iran and Saudi Arabian Oil Minister Sheikh Yamani , before this week's OPEC meeting when the new price will be agreed. Now they will hold the economic recovery of the western world, and Britain in particular, in their hands.
