Joseph Heller - Now and Then
It is almost 40 years since Joseph Heller wrote his cult novel Catch 22. Since then, the phrase has been absorbed into the English language. He has now written an autobiography, Now and Then. He talks to Kevin Jackson about his childhood in Coney island and the events in his life that gave rise to one of the classic books of our time.
