Recent experiments in combining poetry and music, such as Rosemary Tonks's ' Sono-Montage,' have exploited radiophonic techniques to blend existing texts with specially prepared sounds. In tonight's programme, a specially written sequence of poems has been orchestrated and set to electronic music.
