The National Library for the Blind is a free lending library serving many thousands of blind readers. Books and music in embossed type are circulated to individual members and to libraries, institutions, and schools throughout Great Britain and in all parts of the world. The Library's catalogue comprises books in every class of literature, and the stock of more than a quarter of a million volumes is constantly being increased and kept up to date. Funds are urgently needed to enable the Library to maintain its services.
