IKUO KONDA is a foreman in a large car factory. He joined the company when he left school and he'll have a secure job there until he retires. KATSUJI mizuumi works in a small shipyard, but spends much of his free-time running the family farm. He has little of the security and few of the benefits of working for a large corporation.
