Life in the Freezer
Jennifer [text removed] has made history by being born nearly five years after she was conceived. She is one of thousands of babies frozen as embryos before being defrosted and born normally. Next year, doctors may be forced to dispose of frozen human embryos because the law allows them to be kept for only five years. Joan Bakewell asks what should happen to these embryos.
