When Dr. Cameron is being followed from patient to patient by a perpetually smiling young man, Malcolm Cannock, he is puzzled, to say the least - but the young man's motives soon become all too clear when Cameron learns that the lad is the son of Annie and Robbie Cannock, a North Country couple who have quite recently inherited an undertaker's business in Tannochbrae!
