Reginald Stead , one of the busiest musicians in the North, is leader of the Huddersfield Choral Society's orchestra, of the Bolton Choral Union, the Southport Orchestral Society, and the William Rees Orchestra. He also plays in the Halle and the Northern Philharmonic Orchestras, and is a member of the Hirsch Quartet.
