Concluding a two-part drama telling the true story of one man's determination to capture America's most notorious serial killer, who murdered 33 young men during the 1970s. Detective Joe Kozenczak is under pressure from community leaders and his superiors to close down the investigation of suspect John Wayne Gacy , who has built up a reputation as a respected charity worker.
Realising time is running out he takes the unusual step of consulting a psychic - Rachel Grayson. What she tells
Kozenczak shocks him to the core and convinces him that
Gacy must be brought to justice at all costs.
