Thirty seven years ago Shirley Howard dived into Cardiff docks to save a 5-year-old boy's life when she was nine months pregnant. On this week's show she is reunited with the man whose life she saved. And Ray Barnett from Ulster is recognised for ten years of charity work in which he has raised£ 10 million to help African children orphaned by war and famine.
