Dr Gernot Zippe was kidnapped by the Russians afterthe Second World War and forced to invent an efficient method for enriching uranium so it could be used to power a nuclear bomb. Now aged 86 and living in southern Germany, Dr Zippe talks to Matthew Chapman about how he went on to develop his so called "Zippe Type" centrifuge in the West.
