Sent from Las Vegas to supervise a 'friendly' Swiss bank for Mafia money, financial genius Doc Fletcher is horrified to find that his contact in Lugano, an impoverished Italian prince, has mis-spent the money in the hope of making a fortune from a silver mine. To save himself from the Mafia's wrath. Fletcher embarks on a plan of financial cross and double-cross.
