Charlie Congers is a tough Phoenix City policeman with an impossible mission - to break a crime network headed by mafia boss Joe Bomposa. Charlie's job is made more difficult by the syndicate's vast financial resources which pay for intimidation by violence and the corruption of the law.
This exciting thriller is shot in breathtaking locations throughout America and Europe and provides Bronson with a characteristically tough role as the cop with a heart.
