Dave Douglas and Andrew Hill Double Bill The last programme of a short series of concerts from the Austrian Saalfelden festival. Trumpeter Dave Douglas performs in a quartet with Dutch pianist Misha Mengleberg , drummer
Han Bennink and bassist Brad Jones. In the second half of the programme, pianist and composer Andrew Hill leads his latest group, performing music from his recent album Dusk. The band features the same all-star line-up that appeared on the album, with Ron Horton (trumpet), Marty Erlich (tenor saxophone), Aaron Stewart (alto/soprano saxophones), Scott Coley (bass) and Nasheet Watts (drums).
