Divorce by Consent?
In this talk A BARRISTER specialising in Divorce argues that the doctrine of the matrimonial offence is approaching the end of its useful life. He believes that if the breakdown of a marriage were accepted as a proper reason for granting a divorce the law would be easier to administer and would correspond much more closely with modern ideas about marriage.
