Lord Boyle of Handsworth
Lord Boyle was Conservative MP for the Handsworth Division of Birmingham from 1950 to 1970, and Minister of Education from 1962 to 1964. In September he became Vice-Chancellor of the University of Leeds. He has an active interest in race relations, the arts, and world economic development.
