Dr. William McKie. the present organist at Westminster Abbey, comes from Melbourne and studied at Oxford and the Royal College of Music in London. Before the war-when he served in the R.A.F. — he was appointed organist at Magdalen College. Oxford, and was recently awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Music of the University
