'Johnny' Victor, a beautiful American ex-actress lives in a luxurious Riviera villa, one of the many gifts lavished on her by wealthy Louis Gait , a business tycoon she plans to marry when his divorce is finalised. However, events take a tragic turn when she learns that he is making no attempt to bring this about, and she finds herself unwittingly caught up in a web of jealousy, murder and international crime.
