Amin Ali wouldn't take no for an answer. A teenage immigrant from Bangladesh, he hadn't a penny to his name but he wanted to open his own small restaurant. He worked as an underpaid waiter - to learn the trade. But when the time came no bank would give him the necessary security.
But he stuck to his ambition to do something new for Indian cuisine, and the breaks came. Or was it plain persistence? In just five years he's opened four restaurants. And none of them is small. Presented by Harold Williamson Film editor DAVID LEE
