Everyman: Charlie Echo and Romeo Charlie

on BBC One London

'... I'm sorry sir. The lads are on a debrief. They've been on patrol all morning and then it's lunch. I'm afraid attendance will be virtually nil... '
'... a few bonfires celebrating the Ancient Order of Hibernians; we sent a patrol to divert some aggro; otherwise all was quiet.' 'Thank you. Charlie Echo?' 'I'm planning for the Harvest Festival Sir.'
Tonight Everyman reports from Londonderry on two men, one C of E, one RC, as they struggle to cope with the spiritual dilemmas of soldiers involved in a conflict that has quite enough dilemmas of its own.
