Holiday Air 85

on BBC One London

Chris Serle and Concorde captain John Hutchinson guide you through the highlights of this
International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford. The displays range from the awesome SR71 Blackbird to the diminutive Cri Cris; and from the inverted helicopter flying of the Bolkow BO/105 to the extraordinary refuelling of the giant King Jolly helicopter. Chris and John join a capacity crowd to witness a holiday weekend of exacting flying and air-to-air refuelling. The highlight of the programme is the first ever public formation of the Red Arrows and Concorde. Engineering co-ordinators GEOFF HIGGS. JOHN WILSON Production RICK GARDNER
