The first outside broadcast from Europe's first Big Game Reserve and the discovery of a remarkable real-life Daktari family of animals and humans in darkest Wiltshire.

In the Reserve:
Cameras and cameramen in cages observe fifty free-roaming lions.

At the House by the Gate:
Mary Chipperfield lives with fifteen animals including the gorillas who play with her baby, the lion cubs in the kitchen, Kumah the guard tiger, Phoenix the panther, and Marquis the horse-riding lion.
