: Appeal on behalf of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. by Miss MABEL CONSTANDUROS
THIS hospital is the largest.
Orthopædic hospital in the country, and its patients come from all parts of the' Empire. A new out-patients' department in London has been paid for, and now 152' new
. beds are being added to the country branch at Stanmore, and £40,000 is still needed for this purpose. When one considers the wonderful work done for crippled children, whose lives can be changed entirely by their cure, it cannot seem likely that this sum should be beyond the hospital's reach.
