This year's Glimmerglass Opera festival in up-state New York revived Richard Rodney
Bennett's first full-length opera, which was a big hit when it was first produced in the 1960s. Presented by Stephanie Hughes.
It's a Grand Guignol tale of rural murder and revenge in 18th-century England. The actors:
