Paul Merton's Life of Comedy: Teenage Years

The third programme in the series in which Paul Merton recalls moments of his life with the help of classic comedy clips. Tonight, the agony of his first love, and memories of being in a family that still did not own a colour television in 1971. In order to rectify this shameful state of affairs the young Paul decides to do some odd jobs to raise the money for a colour set. Clips come from Frankie Howerd, Rik Mayall, Victoria Wood, Dick Emery and Benny Hill. With Timothy Bateson, Tilly Vosburgh and Tim Brodie.
