Donald Macleod looks at the friendship between Franz Schubert and Anselm Huttenbrenner , who kept the manuscript of the Unfinished Symphony locked away in his house for 37 years after Schubert's death and had to be tricked out of it in order for it to be performed and made known to the general public.
