Christmas in the Sun
Twenty-five young people from Somerset set out on an expedition to Ghana in West Africa.
In today's film they tell how they celebrated a Christmas with their Ghanaian hosts' families and enjoyed traditional Ghanaian food. As well as visiting castles, joining in with the fishermen and buying souvenirs in the markets, they went for a 50-mile trek through tropical rain forests and helped a remote village to build a new school.
