This morning, at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, HM The Queen lays her wreath of red Flanders poppies on behalf of the nation, in memory of those who laid down their lives in the two world wars.
The Bishop of London, the Rt Rev Graham Leonard conducts a short act of worship. The morning ends with the great march past by the Royal British Legion and 6,000 ex-servicemen and women.
